A gentle way to regain your quality of life by strengthening your entire spine, shoulders, abdominals and hips, using light weights to help you mobilise your joints improving posture and core muscles.

This course is not suitable for pregnant womEn.
GettinG Started
1. Wear comfortable clothes
2. To keep our environment safe you will need to buy a flex band & a mini ball on premises, cost $10 each, we highly recommend you bring your own mat too.
3. Please arrive 15 minutes early if you have any questions.
4. If any of the exercises feel uncomfortable you will be given modifications (1 on 1) to suit your ability.
