Karol is a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor with more than 12 years of experience teaching pilates.

Karol's classesĀ focusĀ on optimal performance without risking injury or increasing muscleĀ bulk.Ā Karol loves her job and is passionate about helpingĀ people of all ages to feel better about themselves.

KarolĀ uses theĀ STOTT PILATES method to achieve optimumĀ posture, mobility and strength, helping movement become moreĀ effortless.

Pam is a STOTT PILATES Instructor who holds a Bachelor in Sport Management and is also aĀ Certified Breathe Pilates Instructor.

Pam has a passion for Pilates and fitness, her gentle and engaging teaching style focuses on the quality of movement and incorporates modern knowledge about the body whilstĀ utilisingĀ aĀ STOTT PILATES method.
