Karol is a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor with more than 12 years of experience teaching pilates.

Karol’s classes focus on optimal performance without risking injury or increasing muscle bulk. Karol loves her job and is passionate about helping people of all ages to feel better about themselves.

Karol uses the STOTT PILATES method to achieve optimum posture, mobility and strength, helping movement become more effortless.

STOTT PILATES

Pam is a STOTT PILATES Instructor who holds a Bachelor in Sport Management and is also a Certified Breathe Pilates Instructor.

Pam has a passion for Pilates and fitness, her gentle and engaging teaching style focuses on the quality of movement and incorporates modern knowledge about the body whilst utilising a STOTT PILATES method.

Pam is always actively engaged in the wellbeing of her clients, as she enjoys helping people of all ages reach their full potential.
